We have (starting 09/08/2024 15:14) experienced an incident on our platform impacting all our customers. The incident was present until 09/08/2024 15:21. We are suspecting a faulty treatment of our switching fabric of some duplicate MAC-addresses. Our platform is protected on several levels, but it seems the first level of protection failed, The impact was limited due to our secondary protection mechanism (flushing the MAC table) Our teams are working hard to drill down on the issue.
