We are currently experiencing issues with some of our services. Our teams are working hard to solve the matter as quickly as possible. This page will be updated as soon as we have more information. BNIX customers can contact our Service Desk at +32 (0)2 790 33 01. Thank you for your patience.

We have found the root cause. Our Juniper ACX devices have hit a very recent bug, which we identified together with the vendor. We were able to install a permanent workaround at 22/02/24 13h49, but we will need to upgrade soon to a version where the bug is completely resolved. You can safely re-establish your ports and sessions.

Troubleshooting is pointing towards a bug in the new hardware, we are now confirming with the hardware vendor and of course, trying to work around as soon as possible

We are in a technical troubleshooting call with our vendor, we have isolated the new BNIX platform to restore partial connectivity to most (but not all) members
